2011 Finance Committee Annual Report - 2011
2011 giving of 271,590.00 ended at 99.6% of the budgeted income of $272,614.00. Expenses ended at $264, 813.00 which is 97% of the budgeted expenses. These numbers are very encouraging compared to the 7.94% shortfall in expected giving we had in 2010. 2012 is starting with an $11,808.00 balance in our checking!!!
2011 building fund increased to $60,431.29 from a previous year-end amount of $29,114.77 showing continued support for the future growth of our mission. Thanks to the members that pursued the insurance claim we have $39,633.00 in the designated fund for roof and soffit replacement next year.
Special thanks to Wilbur Wilkens our Treasurer and Ron Good for his accounting skills, together they make a great team tracking and reporting our monthly financials. We would also like to thank Jason Anderson for his continued service as our Financial Secretary!
Another special thanks to the counters who faithfully meet weekly to count our offering: Joe & Ellen Chovan, Rollie Krueger, Dale Haug and Wilbur Wilkens.
